Privacy

§1What we collect

If you create an account, we collect the account data needed to sign you in — name, email address, and authentication records — processed through WorkOS, our authentication provider. If you claim a profile or submit a credential, we keep what you submit and the evidence records our checks produce.

Like most websites, we also collect ordinary usage data: pages requested, approximate region, browser type, and error reports. We use it to run and improve the directory.

§2What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data. To anyone.
  • We do not publish account data. Browsing the directory requires no account at all.
  • We do not enrich listings with private data — public listing fields come from cited public sources or from the consultant who claimed the profile.

§3Contact details on profiles

Consultant email addresses and phone numbers are never published on public profiles. The public profile shows work data — specialties, regions, credentials, provenance — not contact channels.

A gated contact relay, where a safety director reaches a consultant without either side’s details being exposed, ships in a later release. Until then, claimed profiles may show a consultant’s own website link when they choose to list one.

§4Correction and removal

To correct or remove data about you — a listing field, a claim, or your account — email records@ehsmatch.com. State what the data is and what you want done with it. We act on every request and reply to the address you write from.
